Bill Cosby Arrives to Court for Indecent Assault Case
Comedian Bill Cosby arrived to court in Pennsylvania this morning for an indecent assault case brought against him last December.
Cosby had attempted to delay the start of the case, but his motion was denied.

So far, there is no sign of his accuser Andrea Constand at the courthouse.
Constand claimed that
Cosby sexually assaulted her in 2004 at his Pennsylvania home after
giving her pills and wine, which rendered her unresponsive. Cosby was
deposed in 2005, and his comments were publicly released last year,
where he allegedly admitted to giving Quaaludes to one woman in the
past.
Cosby and his legal team have always maintained his encounter with Constand was consensual.
The
78-year-old's legal team tried to dismiss the charge and asked to
disqualify Steele from the case, but both motions were rejected.
"The
charge by the Montgomery County District Attorney's office came as no
surprise, filed 12 years after the alleged incident and coming on the
heels of a hotly contested election for this county's DA during which
this case was made the focal point," his lawyers said in a previous
statement. "Make no mistake, we intend to mount a vigorous defense
against this unjustified charge."
